How To Cook Correct Egusi Soup

So, last year, I had lots of friends who couldn’t stop talking about my egusi soup I served them. they kept asking me to open a Buka joint so people can have a taste of my mouth watering recipe, guys, the offer was tempting. INGREDIENTS

Blended egusi

Blended fresh green pepper

Chopped aduza leaves

Palm oil

Grounded crayfish

Meat

Dry fish

Periwinkle

Kpomo

Seasoning cubes

Stockfish

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Assemble your ingredients

Soak the stock fish in water for 20 mins

Wash your meat and kpomo and place in a pot, add blended scotch bonnet mixture
